Community: Held in my downtown studio with no more than 6 students, each class is unique with lots of attention to your development. You’ll get step-by-step guidance in a thorough sequence of postures, with ongoing tips on the benefits and how to progress. The instruction is warm yet firm; you’ll smile and sweat into achieving things you didn’t think possible…a rare thing for many!  $20 (see schedule)

One-on-one: This gets you the individual attention you may prefer as an intro to yoga, to periodically work in-depth on issues you’ve encountered in group classes, or simply to correct some bad habits.  $80 (email to reserve)

Groups: Friends, colleagues or neighbors benefit from group camaraderie and varied levels of ability. With a maximum of 6 people, you’ll still get individual attention, but also be able to split the fee.  $80 (email to reserve)

Therapy: Many of us suffer from nagging injuries to the joints and muscles, at all ages and activity levels. These one-on-one sessions identify the source of the problems (shoulder, neck, wrist, knee, foot, hip, spine), and then strengthen and mobilize the associated tissue through a sequence of postures customized to help get you back in business and avoid recurrence.  $80 (email to reserve)
